Vitex negundo: Its antioxidant activity and metabolite profiles of leaves and stem extracts of Vitex negundo

Based on Alfarabi's research and his team showed that lagundi (Vitex negundo) has good antioxidant activity in line with the increase of extract concentration. Furthermore, based on GC-MS profiling showed that three types of extracts contain 8 metabolites i.e., acrolein, hydroquinone, sitosterol, naphthalene, pyrogallol, squalene, phytol, and hexadecenoic acid.
